Cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. The first missed appointment, no matter the reason, is free. However, all future missed appointments, no matter the reason, will incur the minimum session charge of $150.
 

In-person appointments of 2 plus hours need to be arranged by phone with Dr. Kate after initial online sessions. On Thursday and Friday afternoons, Dr. Kate can only accommodate 1 client per day.  Weekend in-person appointments can be arranged for out-of-town clients. Nearby hotel info is provided upon request.
